Among them were 128 first-year students from seven Southeastern provinces and 103 scholarship recipients from other provinces who are currently studying in HCMC but could not attend tỷ lệ kèo chấp bóng đá hôm nay program in their hometowns.

Among 128 scholarships for seven Southeastern provinces, totaling over VND 2 billion, there were 124 scholarships worth VND 15 million each and four special scholarships worth VND 50 million for students with particularly challenging circumstances, covering four years of study.
